摘　　要：生态移民是一个复杂的社会重建过程,在深入研究的基础上,围绕"搬得出、稳得住、逐步能致富"的生态移民目标,从生态移民规划编制、移民资金筹措、配套设施建设、移民就业创业、移民教育培训、社区环境营造、社保体系建设7个方面,系统地提出了促进生态移民可持续发展的对策措施。Ecological migration is a complicated social reconstruction process. To promote the sustainable development of ecological immigrants, based on in-depth study and the ecological immigrants target of ＂move, steady and become rich step by step＂, the authors systematically put forward the countermeasures from the ecological migration planning, financing, infrastructure construction, immigrants employment and entrepreneurship,immigrants education and training, community environment creating, the social security system construction and so on.
