河北省城乡二元经济结构转型的实证分析

摘　　要：为尽快消除城乡二元经济结构问题,促进河北省社会经济全面协调发展,在对河北省自改革开放以来经济发展阶段性二元经济结构的特征进行了实证分析研究。结果表明:河北省城乡之间在收入水平、消费水平、产业结构方面都存在着明显的二元性;根据河北省城乡发展现状,从提高农民收入、优化产业结构、推进城镇化进程、促进农村剩余劳动力转移等方面提出了加快二元结构转型的对策。lhe teature ot the economic development stage structure was determined to promote social-economic overall harmonious development by eliminating the issue of urban-rural dual economic structure rapidly in Hebei. There is the obvious duality in income level, consumption level and industrial structure between urban and rural areas in Hebei. The countermeasures to speed up the dual structure transformation from the aspects of increasing farmer income, optimizing industrial structure, pushing forward the urbanization process and promoting rural surplus labor migration are proposed according to the current situation of urban-rural development in Hebei in the paper.
