摘　　要：本文在总结近十年外语教师身份认同研究的基础上,评述其在研究主题、理论取向和研究方法诸方面的特点和进展。分析发现:既有的研究突出了三大主题——外语教师身份认同的影响因素和建构途径研究、与外语教师专业发展的关系研究以及教师角色定位研究,虽然定性研究成果较为丰富,但研究方法尚显单一,关于外语教师身份认同本质和结构的研究仍显薄弱。这需要在拓展研究视域和改善研究范式等方面予以加强。This paper reviews the studies on EFL teachers' identity in the past decade with the aim to expound the characteristics and developments of the research themes, theoretical perspectives and research methodology. Three major research themes are revealed: factors and ways relevant to the construction of EFL teachers' identity, their relationship with teachers' professional development, and the positioning of teacher roles. It is shown that findings are fruitful along this line, mostly from qualitative studies. However, the research methods need to be enriched, the research into the attribute and structure of EFL teachers' identity should be strengthened.
