摘 要:目的优化麻杏石甘汤(麻黄、杏仁、石膏、炙甘草)的煎煮方法。方法采用HPLC法,测定不同煎煮方法所得麻杏石甘汤中麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱、苦杏仁苷、甘草苷、甘草酸的量;采用ICP-AES,测定金属元素的量。结果麻黄先煎与麻黄石膏先煎均利于麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱的溶出,而且麻黄石膏先煎有利于金属元素的溶出。结论麻黄石膏先煎是麻杏石甘汤最合理的煎煮方法。AIM To inspect currently existing decoction methods of Maxin Shigan Decoction (Ephedrae Herba, Armeniacae Semen a marum, Gypsum fibrosum, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma praeparata cum melle ) , to find the opti- mal processing methods. METHODS The contents of ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, amygdalin, glycyrrhizin, and glycyrrhizic acid in Maxin Shigan Decoction were determined by HPLC, and the contents of metal elements were de- termined by ICP-AES. RESULTS The method of ephedra decocted first and method of ephedra and gypsum decoc- ted first were conducive to the dissolution of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine. The latter method was especially condu- cive to the dissolution of the metal elements the most reasonable decoction for the clinical CONCLTIONS The method of ephedra and gypsum decocted first is use of Maxin Shigan Decoction.
