摘 要:提出将集磁环用于管道阴极保护电流的测量,以提高检测灵敏度。采用COMSOL软件数值计算并实验研究了多种规格集磁环对0.1 A^1.0 A阴极保护电流的集磁效果,表明冷轧硅钢集磁环集磁放大倍数大于20。集磁环长度在3.5倍于传感器尺寸时可保证优于3%的线性度。系统灵敏度随集磁环气隙高度增加而迅速降低,而受集磁环长度及边角影响较小。集磁环气隙大小可用于调整系统灵敏度、避免传感器饱和。所用传感器HMC1001在装配工艺、分辨力、量程等方面均能满足测量要求。A method that uses magnetic collecting ring to measure cathodic protection current in pipelines was proposed to improve the detection sensitivity. The magnetic collection effect of different magnetic collecting rings on the magnetic flux density produced by 0 . 1 A^1 . 0 A cathodic protection current was experimentally studied and numerically calculated using COMSOL software. The results show that the magnification of the magnetic collecting ring of rolled silicon steel is greater than 20 . A magnetic collecting ring whose size is 3 . 5 times the size of the sensor can guarantee the linearity better than 3%. The system’s sensitivity decreases rapidly while the air gap’s height increases,and seusitivity is affected very little by the length and the corners of the magnetic collecting ring. The size of the gap in the magnetic collecting ring can be used to adjust the sensitivity of the system to avoid sensing saturation. The sensor HMC1001 used here can meet the measurement requirements including the assembly process, resolution,and range.
