摘 要:介绍了一种应用在可定位射频标签中的接收强度指示器。提出了一种对温度、工艺变化不敏感的新型低功耗限幅放大器,同时对其增益误差、噪声和频率响应作了详细分析。限幅放大器的带内增益为12 dB,带内最大增益误差为0.4 dB。本文分析了级联限幅放大器的级间干扰原理,并提出了相应的解决方法。接收强度指示器的中心频率为2 MHz,比最大响应低1 dB所对应的带宽为1 MHz。输入参考噪声为82μV,检测范围为48 dB,最大信噪比为60 dB。接收强度指示器经过UMC0.18μm CMOS工艺流片,其测试结果表明功率的检测范围可达45 dB,电流消耗为1.1 mA。A receiving signal strength inductor (RSSI)applied in localization RF responder is introduced. A new topology of limiting amplifier with insensitivity to temperature and process variations was proposed. Analysis of gain error, noise and frequency responding of the amplifier was presented. In-band gain of limiting amplifier is 12 dB, and the maximum gain error is O. 4 dB in band. The interferences among the stages of cascade amplifier was investigated and solved. The centre frequency of RSSI is 2 MHz, and the bandwidth corresponding to the gain, 1 dB lower than the maximum response, is 1 MHz. The input reference noise is 82 μV, and the detection range is 48 dB. The maximum ratio of signal to noise is 60 dB. The design is taped out by UMC 0.18 μm CMOS process,and the meas- urements showed the RSSI chip achieved 45 dB input power dynamical range with 1.1 mA current consuming.
