摘 要:与传统测量方法相比,图像测量技术有着独特的优越性,非常适合于一些传统测量手段难以实现的现场,有着较强的研究价值。提出了加入角点判别思想的新的基于图像亚像素处理的电缆护套厚度检测流程,根据图像采集特点和阶跃型边缘模型推导出一种新的基于形体质心思想的边缘亚像素重定位算法,实现了对电缆护套切片图片边缘精确定位达到亚像素级别精度,并以标准电缆护套切片图片检验厚度精密测量的效果。Compared to the traditional measurement methods, image measurement method possesses some unique advantage and is thus of high research value. This measurement method can be applicable to some stringent environments which are difficult for the traditional methods. In this paper,a novel sub-pixel image measurement system for the cable- sheath-thickness is proposed by incorporating the idea of accurate comer detection. And a new sub-pixel edge detection method is derived based on the concept of the shape centroid,by using the characteristics of the image acquisition and the step edge model. The derived detection method can reach the sub-pixel-accuracy detection of the image edge of the cable-sheath-cross-section. The effectiveness of the proposed measurement system is validated through measuring the thickness of the cable-sheath in the standard images of the cable-sheath-cross-section.
