摘 要:中深层稠油油藏由于埋藏深、原油黏度大,原油在地层和井筒中的流动性差,采用普通常规的蒸汽吞吐、蒸汽驱等浅层稠油开采技术进行开采比较困难。解决中深层稠油的开采问题,必须解决原油的流动性问题。以新疆油田吉7井区为代表,开采中采用了储层改造、空心泵配套过泵电加热、螺杆泵举升、掺液降黏等一系列工艺技术,取得了有效、经济的开发效果,通过技术集成实现了中深层稠油技术可采,单井产量比试验前增加1倍,同时生产成本降低了1/3,解决了油藏开发实际问题。It is difficult for conventional steam flooding heavy oil production technology to bring deep heavy oil reservoir under development thanks to its large buried depth,high viscosity and poor flowing ability in formation and wellbore.To solve the problems related to production of deep heavy oil reservoir,it is necessary to settle the issue of crude flowing ability.Take Ji-7 block of Xinjiang Oil Field for instance.A series of process technologies,such as reservoir transformation,hollow pump matching pump electric heating,screw pump lifting and addition and blending of liquid for viscosity reduction,was used in heavy oil development,with effective and economic results achieved.Based on integration of technology,deep heavy oil was made technologically recoverable.The single-well production was doubled as compared to that before experiment.Meanwhile,the production cost was lowered by one third,solving the problems of reservoir development.
