高弹速差下气动发电机的输出电压控制方法

摘  要:针对目前引信用气流驱动发电机的输出电压在不同弹速下变化范围大而导致引信电路失效的问题,提出了绕组抽头法和负载分流法两种针对引信用气流驱动发电机在高弹速差条件下的输出电压控制方法。绕组抽头法采用多抽头绕组根据发电机输出电压高低,改变发电机绕组匝数从而控制发电机的输出电压;负载分流法在引信负载电路端并联一个分流电路,通过调节分流电路的电流,实现引信负载电路的恒流恒压。风洞试验结果表明,这两种调压方法均可以实现引信气动发电机在不同速度下输出电压的调节,提高了引信气动发电机对弹速的适应性。In the light of the problem of fuze circuit failure caused by a wide change range of output voltage of air-driven generator for a fuze under different projectile velocities,the winding taps and load distribution method were proposed as two methods to control the output voltage of air-driven generator for fuze under the condition of high projectile velocity difference.According to the generator output voltage level,multi-tap winding was used to change generator winding and control the output voltage of the generator in tap method.And in load distribution method,a shunt circuit was connected with fuze load circuit parallely in order to adjust the current through the shunt circuit and to ensure current through and voltage across fuze load circuit constant.Wind tunnel test results showed that the two adjustments of output voltage could be used to adjust the output voltage of air-driven generator for fuze under different velocity,which improves adaptability of air-driven generator for fuze on the velocity of projectile.
