摘 要:采用竹炭负载纳米级零价铁,分别考察了竹炭、纳米级零价铁和竹炭负载纳米级零价铁对0.2 L、200 mg/L的甲基橙溶液的去除率,并探讨了竹炭投加量、溶液pH值、染料初始浓度和反应温度对竹炭负载纳米级零价铁去除甲基橙能力的影响。结果表明:在0.20 L浓度为200 mg/L的甲基橙溶液中,竹炭投加量为0.015 g、30℃、pH为6.0、反应时间为60 min时,竹炭负载纳米级零价铁对甲基橙染料的去除率最高可达99.94%,而竹炭本身的去除率仅为13.6%。In the paper, the removal rate of methyl orange in aqueous solution under the concentration of 200 mg/L using bamboo-charcoal, nanoscale zero-valent iron particles (nZVI) and bamboo-charcoal supported nanoscale zero-valent iron particles(B-nZVI) was investigated respectively. And parameters were also discussed, such as the dosage of bamboo-carbon, the pH value of solution, the initial concentration of dye, reaction tem- perature and so on, which affected the removal rate of methyl orange. The results showed that in the concen- tration of 200 mg/L methyl orange solution, the optimum removal condition was 30℃ , pH = 6.0 , the reaction time of 60 rain and the dosage of bamboo-carbon of 0.015 g, and the removal rate was best to 99.94 %, with only 13.6 % for bamboo-charcoal lost.
