摘 要:目的探讨在不同时间,不同强度935 MHz模拟移动电话电磁辐射下,子宫内膜降钙素变化。方法将受精后雌鼠分别暴露于935 MHz的连续性电磁辐射(低150μW/cm2、中570μW/cm2、高1400μW/cm2三个强度)装置中,分别辐照4 h/d和2 h/d,连续3 d,于着床期(受精后4 d)处死小鼠,采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法检测子宫内膜降钙素mRNA的表达。结果 570μW/cm2、4 h/d,1400μW/cm2、4 h/d辐射组与对照组相比降钙素表达均降低,有显著性差异(P<0.01);同时570μW/cm2辐射组及1400μW/cm2辐射组内,4 h/d组降钙素表达低于2 h/d辐射组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 935 MHz模拟移动电话电磁辐射可通过降低子宫内膜降钙素mRNA表达,导致子宫内膜容受性发生改变,降低滋养层细胞的侵入性,阻碍胎盘的形成,进而影响胚胎着床过程,并且存在一定的剂量-反应关系及累积效应。Objective To investigate the effect of 935 MHz phone-simulating electromagnetic fields on the calcitonin of endometrium during mouse embryo implantation. Methods In the first three days of pregnancy, the pregnant mice were exposed in 935 MHz continuous phone-simulating electromagnetic radiation (three intensity:150μW/cm2, 570μW/cm2, 1400μW/cm2) for 2 hours per day or 4 hours per day during 3 days respectively, and then were killed at the period of implantation (fourth days post fertilization), the level of CT mRNA in endometrium was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). Results The results showed that compared with the control group, significantly decreasing of the expression of CT was found in the 1400μW/cm2, 4 h/d and 570μW/cm2, 4 h/d radiation groups(P〈0.01); The expression of CT mRNA in endometrium in the 1400μW/cm2 also had significant difference between 4 h/d radiation group and 2 h/d radiation group(P〈0.01), and in the 570μW/cm2, the expression of CT mRNA had significant difference between 4 h/d radiation group and 2 h/d radiation group(P〈0.01). Conclusion 935 MHz phone-simulating electromagnetic radiation can affect the expression of endometria CT-mRNA. It is suggested that phone-simulating electromagnetic radiation can make demerit on the endometrial receptivity, and there is a certain dose-response relationship and the cumulative effect on CT-mRNA expression.
