摘  要:P2X受体介导的信号转导在调控正常及病理状态下的膀胱均起到重要的作用,其具体的内在机制还未完全阐明。在膀胱收缩及充盈的过程中,P2X受体充当关键角色,因此对该受体的研究已成为当前的热点,现将P2X受体与膀胱功能障碍相关疾病的研究进展予以综述。P2X receptor-mediated transduction mechanisms in bladder afferent pathways seem to play important roles in the control of bladder function under normal and pathological conditions. The mechanism by which P2X elicits detrusor responses has not been fully elucidated. It has been suggested that the purinergic system is important in initiating detrusor contraction and voiding. Therefore, P2X has become the focus in the research of bladder dysfunction therapy. Here is to make a review on the research of P2X receptor in bladder dysfunction.
