摘　　要：烟草复烤企业大规模重组后,IT整合成为一项紧迫而复杂的任务。文章从复烤企业的实际出发,提出复烤企业重组后IT整合的步骤框架,并以一个案例分析重组后的整合策略选择和技术架构设计,最后总结了IT整合的关键成功因素,希望为复烤企业重组后的IT整合提供参考。IT integration is a urgent and complicated task when larger scale recombination of tobacco redrying company has been done. Based on practical analysis, this paper proposes a step framework of IT integration for tobacco redrying companies. Further, a case is analyzed to determine the integration strategy and technical architecture. Some success factors are enumerated as an end.
