摘  要:SLS/SLM-HIP是选择性激光烧结(SLS)或选择性激光熔化(SLM)和热等静压(HIP)技术相结合成形复杂高性能零件的工艺。SLS快速成形的零件通过精密铸造、电铸技术可间接整体成形HIP用控形包套或控形型芯,SLM可直接快速成形HIP用控形包套。HIP利用SLS/SLM成形的控形包套和模具型芯,可在短时间内将粉末致密化为近净成形或局部净成形的复杂高性能零件。该工艺可解决难加工零件热等静压成形控形包套和控形模具加工周期长、复杂结构甚至无法加工的难题。SLS/SLM-HIP is the compound process combining selective laser sintering (SLS) or selective laser melting (SLM) and hot isostatic pressing (HIP) technology to form complex and high performance parts. Parts formed by SLS though casting,electroforming technology,can indirectly form integral control-shaped capsule and mould core,SLM can directly and rapidly form HIP-shaped capsule. HIP uses control-shaped capsule and mould core formed by SLS/SLM,it makes power form whole net shapes or partial net shapes parts with complex and high performance in a short time. The technology can solve problem that the processing cycle of control-shaped capsule and mould core of difficult machining parts is too long and even complex structure can not be processed.
