摘　　要：目的研究临床药师参与干预甲状腺外科抗菌药物的使用后所产生的影响。方法本研究是在拥有48张病床的杭州市肿瘤医院的甲状腺外科病房中进行,分两个阶段:第一阶段调查2009年1～6月无临床药师干预抗菌药物使用的患者(共165例)资料得到结果,第二阶段调查2012年7～12月临床药师干预抗菌药物使用的患者(共175例)资料得到的结果。对比这两个阶段的结果。结果调查组抗菌药物使用率为100%,但在干预后,抗菌药物单一及联合用药情况、使用抗菌药物种类、术前预防用药时机、预防用药持续时间等符合相关规定的病例数明显提高,而相关经济费用及不合理用药率明显降低。两阶段感染率发生率无明显变化。结论临床药师的干预促进甲状腺外科Ⅰ类切口手术的抗菌药物的合理使用是可行、有效的。Objective To explore the effects of the use of antimicrobial agents in the thyroid surgery department by clinical pharmacists participating in the intervention. Methods This study was conducted in the thyroid surgery ward of the Hangzhou tumor hospital with 48 beds, It was divided into two stages： the first stage investigation 2009.1-6, the patients （165 cases） data were obtained that there were no clinical pharmacists intervention. In the second stage was the 2012.7-12, patients （175 cases） data were obtained that there were clinical pharmacists intervention for use of antihacterial.T he results of the two phases were compared. Results The antimicrobial drug utilization rate was 100%, but the number of cases conforming to the relevant provisions （the single and combination of antimicrobial agents, use of antimicrohial agents type, preoperative prevention medication time, duration of prophylaxis） was increased significantly. And the associated economic costs and unreasonable usage rate decreased obviously. The incidence of infection rate in two phase had no obviously different. Conclusion The thyroid surgical incision I class of rational use of antimicrobial drugs by clinical pharmacists intervention promoting is feasible and effective.
