综合性护理干预对慢性前列腺炎患者治疗依从性、心理状态及疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合性护理干预对慢性前列腺炎患者治疗依从性、心理状态及疗效的影响。方法将80例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为两组(观察组和对照组),对照组患者予常规治疗及护理,观察组患者加用综合性护理干预,疗程8周。结果干预8周后,观察组治疗总依从率(90.0%)明显高于对照组(62.5%)(χ2=8.35,P<0.01);两组NIH-CPSI和SDS评分均明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组下降更明显(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率(85.0%)明显高于对照组(70.0%)(χ2=5.23,P<0.05)。结论对慢性前列腺炎患者予以综合性护理干预,可提高治疗依从性,改善心理状态,加快患者康复。Objective To discuss influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment compliance, mental state and curative effect of patients with chronic prostatitis. Methods Eighty cases of patients with chronic prostatitis were divided into observation group and control grnup at random. The patients in control group were given routine nursing intervention of chronic prostatitis for 8 weeks＇ treatment course,while the patients in observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention for 8 weeks＇ treatment course. The treatment compliance,mental state and curative effect of patients in two groups were observed and compared. al curative assessment was car- ried on as well. Results After 8 weeks＇ intervention,the treatment patients in observation group （90.0%） was much higher than that in control group （62.5%）（X2=8.35. i Meanwhile,NIH-CPSI and SDS scores declined obviously than before （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）,and the declining rate in observation group was much higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）.The total clinical efficiency of patients in observation group （85.0%） was much higher than that in control group （70.0%）（X2=5.23 ,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has reli- able effect on the treatment compliance of patients with chronic prostatitis, which can improve the mental state of pa- tient and enhance the curative effect.
