摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环模式对气管插管患者非计划性拔管和患者家属满意度的应用与效果。方法运用PDCA循环模式对气管插管患者的意外拔管风险及其家属满意度进行管理。结果实施PDCA循环管理法使气管插管患者的非计划性拔管发生率由4.31%下降至1.78%,患者家属的满意度由67.26%提升至90.94%。结论运用PDCA循环管理模式可以有效降低气管插管患者非计划性拔管的风险,同时对提高患者家属的满意度有积极作用。Objective To explore and analyze the impact of unscheduled extubation and satisfaction of patients in tra- cheal intubation patients by PDCA cycle management. Methods Managed the accidental deeannulation risk and satis- faction of patients of patients with tracheal intubation by PDCA cycle management. Results After implementation of the PDCA cycle management, the unscheduled decannulation rate of tracheal intubation patients fell to 1.78%from 4.31% the satisfaction of patients increased from 67.26% to 90.94% by implementation of the PDCA cycle management. Con- clusion The impact of unscheduled extubation and satisfaction of patients in tracheal intubation patients by PDCA cy- cle management is sure, it can effectively reduce the risk of unscheduled decannulation of tracheal intubation patients, at the same time, it can improve the satisfaction of patients.
