外固定支架治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨外固定支架治疗老年性桡骨远端骨折的效果。方法选择30例手法复位后骨折不稳定或掌倾角、尺偏角丢失的患者作为实验组,采用外固定支架手术进行治疗,同时选择30例行手法复位石膏外固定术的患者作为对照组,比较两组术后的治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,实验组患者的骨折端缩短的时间延长,骨折端下沉的幅度增大(P<0.05);实验组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论外固定支架手术治疗老年桡骨远端骨折可获得良好的疗效,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore therapeutic method and effect for old radius far end fracture. Methods A total of 30 cases with unstable fracture, volar tilting angle or ulnar inclination lost after manual reduction treated with external fixation were selected as test group, and 30 cases treated with manual reduction and plaster immobilization were select- ed as control group. The therapeutic effect was compared between two groups after operation. Results Compared with control group, the patients in test group had longer time of fracture shortening and greater amplitude of fracture sinking （P〈0.05）. The therapeutic effect in test group was better than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The old radius far end fracture treated with external fixation has good therapeutic effect, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
