摘 要:目的通过手术室工作的流程化设计与统一调度管理的模式operiate,将有限的手术资源做到最合理的利用,以节约时间,提高医院的运行效率。方法根椐医院的手术室所在分区不同,设计两种不同手术工作流程,分为A、B两组。排除不符合条件,将两组患者的基本资料与手术接台的正点率、延迟率、手术周转时间等内容进行比较分析。结果 A组第1台手术的正点率为90.80%,延误率为9.19%;B组第1台手术的正点率为46.57%,延误率为53.31%。两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组接台手术的正点率为98.51%,接台手术的延误率为1.97%;B组接台手术的正点率为96.45%,接台手术的延误率为3.48%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者手术正点率、延迟率、手术周转时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组接台手术的周转时间比较,A组显著优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室工作的流程化设计与统一调度管理相结合的运转模式,能充分有效地利用好医院现有资源,节约工作时间,容易改造实现,提高工作效率。Objective To study the model of process design and unified scheduling management of operation room work, in order to make limited operation resources use most reasonably for saving time and improving the operation ef- ficiency of the hospital. Methods According to the different zones of operation room in the hospital, the two different operation workflow were designed, and divided into the two groups, namely the group A and B. Excluding the subjects who did not meet the conditions, the basic data and operation punctuality rate, delay rate, operation turnover time of patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results In the group A, the punctuality rate and delay rate of the first unit operation was 90.80%, 9.19% respectively; In the group B, the punctuality rate and delay rate of the first unit operation was 46.57%, 53.31% respectively. The differences were significant between the two groups (/9〈0.05). In the group A, the punctuality rate and delay rate of operation was 98.51%, 1.97% respectively; In the group B, the punctuality rate and delay rate of operation was 96.45%, 3.48% respectively. The differences were significant between the two groups(P〈0.05). There were significant differences in the operation punctuality rate,delay rate,operation turnover time between the two groups (P〈0.05), and the operation turnover time in the group A was significantly better than that in the group B. Conclusion The operation model combined with the process design and unified scheduling management of operation room work can effectively use the existing hospital resources, save the work time, is easy to transform and realize, and improve the work efficiency.
