摘　　要：总结43例新生儿无神经节细胞症造瘘患儿术后的护理方法。主要护理措施包括术后严密观察病情,加强一般护理、造瘘口使用一次性造口袋并辅以有效的护理措施、剖腹探查切口护理及其它相关护理。认为造瘘术后使用一次性造口袋比传统使用氧化锌软膏护理造瘘口更清洁、方便、经济,并发症发生率降低,值得临床大力推广使用。To summarize the postoperative care of 43 aganglionosis enterstomy in neonatal. The main nursing measures include close observation after operation, Strengthen the general care, the use of disposable ostomy bag with effective care, and incision care. Compared with the traditional way of using the zinc oxide ointment in postoperation, the disposable ostomy bag could be cleaner, more convenience, and lower the incidence of the complication.
