音乐SPA在牙齿美白术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨音乐SPA疗法在提高患者牙齿冷光美白治疗舒适度的影响及意义。方法选择2012年6月～12月间于本科室进行牙齿冷光美白治疗的患者140人，随机分成实验组和对照组，每组各70人。实验组在行冷光美白治疗同时进行音乐SPA治疗，对照组只接受牙齿冷光关白治疗。并在治疗前及治疗过程中测量2组患者血压、心率变化，采用贝克焦虑量表（BAI）在治疗前后分别调查患者焦虑程度，对收集的数据进行数据统计和分析。结果实验组患者的焦虑程度明显低于对照组，在心律和血压方面波动幅度也明显低于对照组。结论音乐SPA疗法在牙齿冷光美白治疗中的应用，能有效提高患者的舒适度，提高患者的满意度。Objective To explore the effects of applying the music SPA in improving the comfort during the teeth whitening treatment. Methods From June 2012 to December 2012,the total of 140 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group,with 70 patients in each. Used the routine treatment in the patients of the control group, and applied the music SPA therapy during the teeth whitening treatment in patients of experimental group. The blood pressure and heart rate were measured before and in the treatment. The Beck Anxiety Inventory （BAI） was used to investigated the all patients＇ anxiety level before and after the treatment. The data was analyzed by computer. Result The anxiety level and the fluctuate range of heart rate and blood pressure in experimental group patients were lower than the patients＇ in control group. Conclusion The using of music SPA therapy in the teeth whitening treatment could effectively improve the patient＇s comfort and satisfaction.
