摘　　要：目的：通过对心内科老年患者有效的护理措施，提高护理质量，建立良好的护患关系，促进早日康复，让患者满意。方法根据心内科专科老年患者特点，首先加强护理队伍自身素质的培养，理论学习及技能的提高，其次采取有效的措施做好患者的生活、饮食及心理护理，进行有效沟通交流，并取得家属的理解与配合。结果建立了良好的护患关系，取得患者对治疗护理的积极配合，促进患者康复。结论在对心内科老年患者的护理中，要根据其特点，采取有效的护理措施，才能切实促进患者的身心健康。Objective Through the effective nursing interventions for the cardiovascular older patients to improve the nursing quality, build good relationships between doctors and patients, promote early rehabilitation, make patients’ satisfactory.Methods According to the cardiovascular older patients’ feature ,enhance the nursing team’s quality , improve the study of theory and the skills ,and take effective measures to making good cares of patients’ live ,diet and mental ,through the effective communication to gain the relations’ understanding and cooperation .Results Building good relationships between doctors and patients , gettting the patients’ cooperation to the therapy and nursing ,finally to promote patients’ recovery .Conlusion In the daily cares of the cardiovascular older patients, according to the characteristics of the cardiovascular older patient ,taking the effective nursing interventions ,and finally to promote the patients’ physical and mental health.
