摘　　要：目的：在急救时老年患者应用颈外静脉留置针能有效的避免静脉穿刺失败，液体滴速过慢、液体外渗、针头堵塞等影响及时给药的难题，为抢救生命赢得宝贵时间，并使患者避免了反复穿刺的痛苦。方法对60例老年患者采用了浅表静脉留置针穿刺输液与颈外静脉留置针穿刺输液，穿刺成功后打开输液器开关，调节好滴数。两组均行0.9％氯化钠注射液加肝素钠封管，均按照静脉留置针常规护理。结果颈外静脉留置针穿刺输液明显优势于浅表静脉留置针输液，具有穿刺成功率高，易固定，不易外渗等优点，易于操作，值得推广。Objective in emergency patients with jugular vein indwelling needle can effectively avoid venipuncture failure, the liquid drop speed is too slow, fluid extravasation, needle clogging effect of timely delivery problem, for the saving of life to win valuable time, and allows the patient to avoid repeated puncture pain. Methods The superficial vein indwelling needle infusion catheter infusion and external jugular vein in 60 cases of elderly patients after successful puncture infusion, open switch, adjust the number of drops. The two groups were treated by heparin sodium 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection sealing pipe, in accordance with the venous indwelling needle routine nursing care. Results of external jugular vein indwelling needle infusion to the obvious advantages of superficial venous indwelling needle, has a high success rate of puncture, easy to fix, not easy to leakage and other advantages, easy to operate, is worthy of promotion.
