摘 要:通过对盾构机盘型滚刀工况条件的分析,提出了刀圈材料和硬质合金镶齿的设计思路,并进行了试制。结果表明,以H13为基础,适当提高碳含量,采用电炉熔炼加电渣重熔的方法和后继合理的热处理工艺,制备的钢圈微观组织结构为细小的回火马氏体加小颗粒碳化物,具有良好的耐磨性和抗冲击韧性;以结晶完整的粗晶WC制备的全致密包覆型WC-Co复合粉为原料,可生产出晶粒完整、组织均匀,具有良好冲击韧性和耐磨性的超粗或特粗晶硬质合金,可以满足刀圈合金齿的要求。Through analyzing the operating condition of disc cutter ring used for tunnel boring machine, the design ideas for cutter ring materials and cemented carbide buttons were built, and then the trial production was carried out. The results indicates that choosing HI3 steel as matrix and properly imcreasing the carbon content by the heat treatment processes of electro smelting and electroslag remelting, the prepared cutter ring has the structure of fine tempered martensite with little particle carbides. The cutter ring has favorable wear resistance and impact resistance. Choosing completely densified cladding-type WC-Co composite powder as raw material, the extra coarse or super extra coarse grained cemented carbide with good wear resistance and impact resistance can be produced, which will satisfy the demand of the buttons used for the cutter ring.
