摘　　要：目的考察中国男性和女性健康受试者多次服用布南色林后血清中催乳素水平的影响变化。方法 12名受试者(男女各半)连续给药7 d,每天给药2次,每次4 mg,于第7天服药前(0 h)以及服药后0.5、1、2、4、12 h采集肘静脉血4 mL测定血清中催乳素水平。结果男性和女性健康受试者服药2 h后血清中催乳素水平达到峰值,其中男性催乳素峰值为(965.68±382.2)mIU/L,女性催乳素峰值为(2 124.2±889.1)mIU/L,女性催乳素水平显著高于男性,服药12 h后,男性和女性受试者催乳素基本恢复至正常水平。结论布南色林不会显著引起催乳素累积增加,关于患者长期服用布南色林对催乳素水平的影响仍需进一步研究。Objective To investigate the influence of blonanserin on the level of prolactin in Chinese healthy volunteers after multi-dose administration. Methods Twelve volunteers （half male） were treated by blonanserin 4 mg bid continuously for 7 d. Blood samples were collected on Day 7 at 0 h （before administration） , 0.5, 1,2, 4, 12 h after administration. The levels of prolactin in the serum were measured. Results Both male and female volunteers had the peak levels of prolactin at 2 h after administration. The peak concentration of prolactin in the male was （965.68 _＋ 382.2） mIU/L, while in the female it was （2 124.2 _ 889.1 ） mIU/L. The concentration of prolactin was significantly higher in the female than that in the male. The levels of prolaetin recovered to the normal level after 12 h of administration in both the female and the male. Conclusion Blonanserin cannot cause the accumulated increase of the prolactin level, observably. However, the influence of blonanserin on the prolaetin levels in the patients with long-term administration needs to be further investigated.
