自然流产患者绒毛和蜕膜中ZEB1的差异性表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:检测锌指结合蛋白(zinc finger E-box-binding protein,ZEB1)在自然流产患者绒毛和蜕膜组织中的差异性表达。方法:选取2010年3月到2011年3月在我院妇产科门诊进行人工流产的患者,分为正常人工流产(对照组50例)和自然流产(实验组50例)两组,两组年龄和孕周间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用荧光实时定量PCR(qRT-PCR)技术检测在绒毛和蜕膜组织中ZEB1 mRNA的表达量。结果:自然流产患者绒毛(0.835±0.047)中ZEB1的表达量低于对照组(1.942±0.095),自然流产患者蜕膜(0.65±0.058)中ZEB1的表达量低于对照组(1.13±0.084),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:绒毛及蜕膜组织中ZEB1的异常表达可能参与自然流产的发生发展过程。Objective： To explore the differential expression of ZEB1 in embryos damage patients decidual and villi tissue. Methods： The woman whoes embryos damage were Select （n=50） as the experimental group, the same period in normal early pregnancy voluntarily request the abortion of women （n=50） as a control group, respectively, leaving whichever villi and decidual tissue, using a real-time quantitative PCR （qRT-PCR） of specimens ZEB1 mRNA transcription level analysis. Results： Villus samples, ZEBlmRNA expression levels in the experimental group （0.835±0.047 ） was significantly higher than that in the control group （ 1.942±0.095 ）. in the decidual specimens, ZEB1 mRNA expression levels of the experimental group （0.65±0.058） was significantly higher than that in the control group （1.13 ±0.084）. Conclusion： The differences in the expression of ZEB1 in decidual and villi may be involved in the occurrence and development of the embryos damage.
