摘　　要：目的探讨心电图ST段水平延长对冠心病诊断的价值。方法对66例胸痛患者行心电图及冠脉造影检查,对ST段正常组和ST段延长组与冠心病的关系进行分析。结果当ST段水平延长≥0.12 s,两组间冠状动脉造影阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论心电图ST段水平延长与冠心病有相关性。Objective To investigate the ECG ST segment extension for diagnosis of coronary heart dis -ease.Methods 66 patients with chest pain and ECG and coronary angiography.The ST normal group and ST relationship of Yanchang group and coronary heart disease were analyzed .Results When the prolonged ST segment is larger than 0.12 s, there was significant difference between the positive rate of coronary angiogra -phy （P＆lt;0.01） between the two groups.Conclusion ECG ST segment level extension associated with coro-nary heart disease .
