摘 要:烟台来福士2万t固定桥式起重机基座施工中,对XHR-02型电动爬模进行了技术改进,采用大模板与爬架同步爬升施工技术,爬架提升时携带大模板同时提升,而架体与导轨互爬;筒体内的隔板采用高悬空支模施工技术,成功地完成了筒体结构施工。该工程主要在施工工艺、爬模系统构造、大模板与爬架一体化构造、筒体隔板高悬空支模施工技术等方面有所创新。Compared with XHR-02 electrically operated climbing formwork, the technology has been improved a lot in the base construction of 20 thousand tons fixed bridge crane from Yantai Ruffles. It uses the synchronous climbing construction technology for both large formwork and climbing frame, which means when climbing frame is lift, the formwork will be taken to lift simultaneously. Besides, the frame body and rail-type climbs together. The spacer plate in tube structure uses high hanging formwork technology, which is finished successfully in the tube structure construction. This construction technology is mainly innovated in the construction process, climbing frame system structure, large formwork and climbing frame integrated structure and high hanging formwork technology used in spacer plate of tube structure.
