预制混凝土外墙板与传统砌块外墙的直接成本对比分析

摘　　要：目前住宅建造的工业化程度较低,墙体施工仍以现场手工操作为主的湿作业如砌筑、抹灰和装饰工程。而预制混凝土外墙板的应用,将从很大程度上改变这种状况。介绍了国内外预制装配式住宅的发展状况及其与传统施工在造价构成和施工流程方面的不同特点。运用预算软件和定额组价的方法,对预制混凝土外墙板与传统砌块外墙进行直接成本的对比分析,并就影响成本的关键因素进行敏感性分析,提出推广预制混凝土外墙板应用的相关建议。At present, the industrialization degree of residential building is low, and the construction of wall depends on wet operations which are mainly on manual operation such as masonry, plastering and decoration engineering. And the application of precast concrete wall panel will change this condition to a large extent. Firstly, this paper introduces status of prefabricated housing system development at home and abroad, and the different characteristics between prefabricated housing system and the traditional construction technology in terms of cost construction and construction process. Then, the comparison of direct cost is made between precast concrete wall panel and the traditional brick wall by using the method of fixed set of price. Moreover, sensitivity analysis is done. As a result, the use of precast concrete wall panel on a large scale is recommended.
