结构变动度在住院费用构成分析中的应用

摘　　要：目的运用结构变动度分析住院费用结构,为住院费用结构调整、有效控制医疗费用提供理论依据。方法采用结构变动度和环比增长速度指标分析医院6年来住院费用构成变动的情况。结果医院人均住院费用呈逐年缓慢增长趋势,材料费、检查费、手术费是引起住院费用结构变动上升的主要费用项目,三者的累积贡献率达到50.0%,护理费结构变动增幅较慢,贡献率仅为1.9%,药品费、诊疗费是引起住院费用结构变动下降的主要费用项目,两者的累积贡献率达到47.9%。结论本文仅对住院费用结构中的费用支出结构进行分析;采用结构变动度分析某时期的费用结构变动情况,可以综合表达费用在不同年度和不同项目的构成变化,反映出住院费用结构变化的总体特征。Objec tives To analyze inpatient medical expense structure with degree of structure variation in order to provide theoretical evidence for structure adjustment and effective control of medical expense .Methods With composition change degree and growth index ,expense composition changes of six years were analyzed .Re-sults The hospitalization expense per capita are growing slowly year by year , the cost of materials, examination and operation were the main expenses causing the rise of hospitalization expense composition change , with the accu-mulation contribution ratio up to 50.0%.While the nursing fees grew slowly, with the contribution rate only 1.9%.The drug costs and diagnosis and treatment costs were the items causing the decrease of hospitalization ex -pense composition change , with the accumulation contribution rate 47.9%.Conclusion The article was only ex-ploring expenditure structure.The degree of structure variation can reflect the change of expenses structure different years and different items reasonably.
