摘　　要：护理过程本身就是一个证据形成的过程。构建护理服务的证据体系,护理过程中形成的证据就能自动进入系统管理。本文阐述急诊护理服务证据体系构建的必要性和基本原则,探讨急诊护理服务证据体系的构建内容,从而指导护理人员正确收集和保留证据,防范护理风险和纠纷的发生。Nursing service is the one of process of evidence forming .By means of the evidence system of nursing service, the evidence during nursing process could be input to the management system .The article intro-duced the necessity and basic principle of constructing the evidence system , discussed its contents and methods , so as to guide nursing staff to collect and reserve evidence correctly , in case that the risks and disputes in nursing should occur.
