摘　　要：本院认真履行职责使命,不断创新海岛医疗服务的方法、功能和机制,将海岛医疗作为一项系统工程来建设。在建立区域医疗网络、海岛远程医疗系统基础上,本课题开发了远程医疗疾病管理系统,为患有疾病的守岛官兵建立了远程病历,并实施分类管理和有效干预,实现常见病、多发病的动态管理。开设远程医疗诊室,常态化为海岛官兵进行远程门诊。形成集海岛部队远程诊室、远程医疗及疾病管理为一体的海岛部队远程医疗管理体系。In recent years, our hospital conscientiously performs her duties in the construction of island care as a systems engineering .The innovation of methods, function and mechanism in island medical service is push for-ward constantly.With the establishment of regional networks and telemedicine system , the telemedicine disease man-agement system is developed .The system can establish remote medical records for the garrison soldiers suffering from diseases, implement classification management and effective intervention , achieve dynamic management of common disease and frequently -occurring disease.The telemedicine consulting room was set up to carry out normalized re-mote clinic for the garrison soldiers .The telemedicine management system for island troops comes into being , which set the island troop＆#39;s telemedicine consulting room, treatment and disease management as a whole .
