摘 要:建立了多齿端铣切削过程动力学模型 ,开发了切削振动仿真的微机通用软件 .数字仿真多齿端铣切削振动的结果 ,同他人实验结果和实际经验相符、同仿真单齿端铣切削振动的结果相似或互相衔接 ,表明模型的正确性、软件的实用性 .指出多齿连续端铣时随着铣刀齿数增加 ,切削强迫振动幅度减小 ,而稳定性极限铣削深度也随之降低 ,容易发生自激振动 .The modelling dynamic cutting process for face milling with multiblade cutter is realized. The microcomputer program to generally simulate the cutting vibrations in face milling is developed. Results of digital simulation of cutting vibrations in face milling with multiblade cutter are good in accordance with the experimental results of other researchers and practical experiences, are logically similar to the results of simulation of cutting vibratiions in face milling with single blade cutter. This means the correctness of the modelling and the practicality of the program. It is demonstrated that the amplitude of forced cutting vibration decreases with increasing the blade number of cutter for face milling without interruption, while the cutting depth at the threshold of stability also reduces so that chatter vibration rouses more easily.
