摘　　要：本文介绍美军执行国外灾难救援行动的整体框架,分别从国家层面、战略层面、战术层面及具体的现地救援行动展开阐述,并对反应框架的特点分析。The article described the overall framework of foreign disaster relief operations of the U .S.ar-my, and also clarified the rescue operations of the existing ground from the national level , strategic level and tacti-cal level, and also analyzed the response characteristics of the framework .
