摘 要:提出了舰船设备电源端高频阻抗特性在线检测的测量方法,研究了其基本原理和关键技术,并设计制作了"在线检测"测试系统原理样机;给出了利用该测试系统"在线测试"与采用阻抗分析仪"离线测试"所获得的待测滤波器的高频阻抗特性数据,测试结果表明,样机的测量误差小于3dB,满足电磁兼容故障检测需求。This paper presents an online detection method of power port high frequency impedance characteristics on ship equipment. In this paper, the basic principles and key technics is studied, and the measurement system for online detecting is designed and built. The measured data of the high frequency impedance characteristics of a filter is shown in the experimental results, which is “online detected” by the measurement system of this paper and “offline detected” by an impedance analyzer. According to the test results, the measurement error of the measurement system is less than 3dB, which meets the error requirement of electromagnetic compatibility fault detection.
