摘 要:提出了一种由二极管钳位型三相三电平逆变模块与单相H桥逆变模块级联、采用移相与特定谐波消除脉宽调制(SHEPWM)结合控制的级联型混合非对称三相变流器。该变流器在逆变模块间使用移相控制消除低频谐波,各逆变模块使用SHEPWM技术进一步消除输出低频谐波,可以实现低开关频率的大功率变流。分析了输出电压谐波特性以及逆变模块间的功率分配和损耗。该变流器具有电路结构简洁、隔离变压器容量小和开关频率低的特点,输出电压在宽调制比范围内均有较低的低次谐波含量和总谐波失真(THD)。原理样机的实验结果表明了理论分析的正确性。In high power inverter application, the cascaded multi-level topology is one effective solution for its the superior output voltage quality with low switch frequency. A new multi-level hybrid asymmetric three level inverter with phase shift plus selective harmonic elimination pulse width modulation (SHEPWM) control was proposed. This three phase inverter was cascaded by diode neutral point clamped three phase three-level module and single phase H bridge module. The control scheme between the inverter modules was phase shift, meanwhile each inverter module was controlled by SHEPWM technology. The harmonics of output voltage, the power distribution and the losses between each inverter module were discussed. The proposed inverter is charactered as concise circuit structure, small capability isolated transformers, low switch frequency and small low-order harmonic component and THD. The theoretical analysis was validated by the experiment results of a prototype.
