摘 要:介绍了三种双电感Boost类拓扑,因该三种拓扑的输入输出电流连续、结构简单、管子数量少、控制逻辑简单并且效率较高,而被多次在航天领域应用。本文的目的在于从三种拓扑的纹波、驱动方式、小信号模型以及效率等方面分析和比较各种拓扑的特点,并且分析电感耦合的方式对于三种拓扑的影响及阻尼网络对拓扑的小信号模型的作用。最后通过600W的原理样机,验证三种拓扑的理论分析的正确性,并测试了三种拓扑的效率。This paper introduces three two-inductor Boost topologies. They were applied in the aerospace field many times, because of their continuous input and output current, simple structure, few switch tubes, simple control logic, high efficiency. One purpose of this paper is to analysis the ripple, drive, small signal model and efficiency of three two-inductor Boost topologies in same input and output condition. Besides, another purpose of this paper is to analysis the influence of coupled inductors for topologies and the influence of damping network for small signal model. Finally, experimental results on a 600W principle prototype verifies the theory analysis of three topologies and this paper gives the testing waveforms and efficiency.
