摘  要:以北方城市绿化中应用广泛的冷季型草坪草草地早熟禾中的3个品种‘抢手股’、‘优异’和‘公园’为试验材料,经聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000)胁迫后,测量幼苗时期叶片叶绿素质量分数、丙二醛质量摩尔浓度、可溶性蛋白质量分数和叶片相对含水量等生理指标的动态变化,分析草地早熟禾不同品种对模拟干旱胁迫的生理响应。结果表明:不同质量浓度(0(对照)、50、100、150、200 g/L)PEG溶液胁迫下,草地早熟禾3个品种苗期叶片的叶绿素质量分数、丙二醛质量摩尔浓度、可溶性蛋白质量分数、细胞膜相对渗透率与PEG质量浓度变化呈正相关;叶片相对含水量与PEG质量浓度变化呈负相关。在不同质量浓度梯度PEG影响下,‘公园’的叶绿素质量分数较高,叶片相对含水量减幅较小,可溶性蛋白质量分数表现先增后降的趋势,说明干旱胁迫对‘公园’生理代谢产物的负面影响小于‘抢手股’、‘优异’;而‘优异’的细胞膜透性的变化最显著,叶片相对持水量的降幅最大,在高质量浓度PEG溶液胁迫下抗旱性弱于其他2个供试品种。With three varieties of Poa pratensis L.,‘Blue chip’,‘Merit’ and‘Park’, in urban landscape of north, after the stress of PEG (6000), the experiment was conducted to measure the chlorophyll content, MDA content, soluble protein content and the dynamic changes of the leaf relative water content in seedling period and analyze physiological response by drought stress.Under drought stress with different contents (0(ck), 50, 100, 150 and 200 g/L), the chlorophyll con-tent, MDA content, soluble protein content in leaves, and relative permeability of cell membrance are positively correlated with the changes of PEG content during the seedling period, and the leaf relative water content is negatively correlated with PEG concentration changes.Under drought stress with different contents of PEG, the chlorophyll content in leaves of‘Park’ is higher than that in others, and the leaf relative water content decreases less, and soluble protein content increa-ses first and then goes down.The negative impact of drought stress on‘Park’ is less than that on‘Blue chip’ and‘Mer-it’ with different contents of PEG in physiological and metabolic.The change of cell membrance permeability of‘Merit’ is the most significant, and the leaf relative water content is greatly reduced.Therefore, ‘Merit’ has the weakest drought stress under high contents of PEG.
