摘 要:对SiBN(C)陶瓷纤维前驱体纤维共聚硅氮硼烷(Co-PBSZ)纤维进行了不熔化处理的研究,选取310℃下,在氨气气氛中恒温不同时间,得到不同不熔化程度的纤维。采用索氏萃取法、FTIR、EA、单丝强力测试和SEM对其进行表征。结果表明:经过不熔化处理,Co-PBSZ纤维的结构发生了明显的变化,随着不熔化时间的延长,不熔化程度增大,纤维的断裂强度增大,不熔化纤维仍然保持纤维的形状且结构致密。The curing of Co-PBSZ green fibers was studied in this paper.Cured fibers were prepared by heating Co-PBSZ green fibers up to 310℃ in NHa atmosphere for different periods.The structure and property of cured fibers were characterized by Soxhlet extraction method,FTIR,EA,fiber tensile strength test and SEM.The results showed that the structure of cured fibers was different from that of green fibers.The curing degree and the tensile strength of cured fibers increased with the increase of the curing time.The cured fibers exhibited a dense texture and retained the fiber shape without inter-fiber fusion.
