摘 要:利用无机物硼酸、蔗糖、八水合氧氯化锆、柠檬酸为原料,聚乙烯醇为助剂,利用液相前驱体法制备出二硼化锆前驱体溶液,并制得前驱体薄膜,在1600℃下裂解制得ZrB2陶瓷薄膜。扫描电镜及EDS,孔径分布结果显示,制得的前驱体膜较为光滑且陶瓷薄膜致密,存在少量小于5nm的微孔。XRD及元素分析结果表明制得了较为纯净ZrB2陶瓷膜,当中存在一些碳元素,主要是由于不充分的碳热还原反应。n this paper,ZrB2 ceramic membrane was successfully fabricated using liquid precursor method followed by calcination at 1600℃.A precursor solution was prepared using ZrOCl2·8H2O,boric acid,citric,and sucrose as starting materials,and PVA as coating additive.The precursor membrane and the ceramic membrane were characterized by SEM,EDS and pore size analyzer.Results showed that the membranes were smooth and dense with some little holes smaller than 5 nm.XRD and Element analysis results showed the ceramic membrane obtained was ZrB2 with the presence of some C due to incomplete reaction.The preparation of ZrB2ceramic membrane was effected.
