摘　　要：目的探讨应用Intrafix系统重建前交叉韧带（ACL）的近期临床疗效。方法对47例患者进行关节镜下自体腘绳肌腱重建ACL,胫骨及股骨端腘绳肌腱均应用Intrafix系统固定,术后康复训练。结果所有病例术后均经过6~12个月随访,Lysholm评分从术前（52.7±6.8）分提高到（94.5±5.6分）,临床效果满意。结论应用Intrafix系统固定腘绳肌腱重建ACL,操作简单,固定可靠,膝关节功能恢复好,临床效果满意。Objective To observe the short- term clinic outcome of arthroscopic cruciate ligament reconstruction using autologous hamstring with Intrafix system. Methods From July 2011 to March 2012,a total of 47 patients suffered from cruciate ligament rupture underwent reconstruction using autologous hamstring with Intrafix system and postoperative rehabilitation. Results All of the patients were followed- up from 6- 12 months（ average 7. 8 months）. The Lysholm score was improved from 52. 7 ± 6. 8 to 94. 5 ± 6. 8 postoperatively. Conclusion Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction using autologous hamstring with Intrafix system is effective and convenient to procedure. The clinic outcome is satisfied and the functional rehabilitation of knee joint is well.
