摘  要:为监测浙东白鹅异地小群保种效果,本研究利用10个微卫星座位对异地保种群体和原产地群体(共计486只)在分子水平上的遗传参数进行检测,同时测定其部分性状指标。利用SPSS13.0对群体遗传学参数和体重、体尺指标进行配对试验t检验。结果表明:在分子水平上,异地保种群体的优势等位基因频率、期望杂合度(He)以及多态信息含量(PIC)、群体内近交系数(Fis)较原产地群体均未发生显著变化(P>0.05);在性状水平上,公鹅的体重和胸深极显著变小(P<0.01),母鹅的体重、胸深、龙骨长、胫长等显著(P<0.05)或极显著变小(P<0.01);其他指标均无显著性变化。说明浙东白鹅异地小群保种群体在分子水平和性状水平上的大部分指标均无显著性变化,异地小群保种能够有效保存浙东白鹅的本品种特性,同时本实验也为进一步优化我国地方鹅品种的现有保种方式和探索新的异地保种策略提供参考依据。In order to monitor the conservation efficiency of Zhedong white goose on allopatry farm, 10 microsatellite loci were analyzed to detect the genetic parameters of the allopatry conservation group and the origin group (total of 486) at the molecular level and some traits were also measured. Population genetics parameters, body weight and body measurements were analyzed by paired t-test using SPSS 13.0 and the results showed that there were no significant changes between allopatry conservation group and origin group in the predominant allele frequency, the expected He, PIC, and intragroup Fis at the molecular level (P〉0.05). In the trait level, the males' weight and chest deep decreased significantly (P〈0.01), females' weight, chest deep, chest length and shank length decreased significantly (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The research indicated that there was no significant change among the most indexes in the conservation groups at the molecular level and traits level, and also provided references for further optimizing the existed conservation measures and exploring new conservation strategies of Chinese domestic goose breeds.
