摘  要:采用Gompertz、Logistic和VonBertalanffy3种模型进行生长曲线拟合,对所选育的0~24月龄湖北黑头羊体重生长规律进行研究。结果表明:3种生长曲线模型对湖北黑头羊均能较好的拟合(R^2〉0.99),其中Gompertz模型对公羊拟合最佳(R^2=0.99932),拐点月龄和拐点体重分别为6.21月龄和20.823kg,Bertalanffy模型对母羊拟合最佳(R^2=0.99812),拐点月龄和拐点体重分别为4.17月龄和13.221kg;各月龄公羊体重显著高于母羊,绝对生长高峰公羊出现在6~8月龄,母羊出现在3~6月龄,与生长模型拟合结果吻合;相对生长率呈现一致趋势,初生至3月龄时的生长强度最大.后期生长强度明显不如前期.整条曲线大致上呈下降趋势,表明羔羊的生长强度随着月龄的增加而逐渐减慢。本研究结果可为及时掌握湖北黑头羊生长发育规律提供参考。In order to study the body weight growth law of breeding Hubei black-head goats, the growth curve were fitted by three nonlinear models (Gompertz, Logistic and Von Bertalanffy) from 0 to 24 months. The results indicated that three growth curve models had a good fitting with Hubei black-head goats (R2〉0.99). Gompertz model was the best fitting for rams (R2=0.999 32), which the growth turning points was 20.823 kg of body weight at the age of 6.21 months, and Von Bertalanffy model was the best fitting for ewes (R2=0.998 12), which the growth turning points was 13.221 kg of body weight at the age of 4.17 months. Body weight of Hubei black-head goat rams was significantly higher than that of ewes, the absolute growth peak of rams in 6-8 months, ewes appeared in 3-6 months, and growth model fitting results. Relative growth rate showed a trend of consistent, 0-3 months to reach the absolute growth peak, in the late growth intensity is obviously than previous, the whole curve is generally a downward trend, showed that the growth intensity of the lamb with the months increase the intensity of growth gradually slowed down. The research provided a reference for the growth developmental law of Hubei black-head goats.
