摘 要:为研究萨福克羊外周血中GH和IGF-1含量与生长发育的关系,应用ELISA方法检测全天和全年绵羊外周血中GH和IGF-1浓度,分析萨福克羊GH和IGF-1浓度的昼夜和年周期变化规律。结果表明:绵羊外周血中GH和IGF-1含量在全天4个不同时间点波动不显著(P>0.05);外周血中GH和IGF-1含量在全年的变化趋势一致,IGF-1含量高于GH含量,全年外周血中GH和IGF-1含量表现出季节性差异。说明GH和IGF-1都是正向调控绵羊的生长发育,GH和IGF-1的含量昼夜间分泌没有明显波动,全年GH和IGF-1的分泌与季节和饲养条件有关。To study the growth characteristics of Suffolk sheep. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) of GH and IGF-1 concentration changes in the peripheral blood were assayed. The concentration variation of GH and IGF-1 were analyzed throughout the day and the year. The results showed there were no significant difference of GH concentration and IGF-1 concentration on four time points throughout the day(P〉0.05). The concentration variation of GH was consistent with IGF-1 throughout the year. In addition, IGF-1 concentration was higher than GH conc entration. The concentration of GH and IGF-I were consistent with seasonal change in peripheral blood throughout the year. The results showed that the growth and development were positively regulated by GH and IGF-1 in the Suffolk, The concentrations of GH and IGF-1 were no significant fluctuations between day and night (P〉0.05). It was showed that the changes of GH and IGF-1 were associated with season and feeding conditions throughout the year.
