摘  要:本试验以鲁西斗鸡为研究对象,探讨饲粮粗蛋白水平对生产性能变化规律的影响,并制定出鲁西斗鸡的最佳生长模型。选用1日龄鲁西斗鸡600只(公、母混雏),分5个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复20只,试验分0~6、7—12、13~18、19~24周4个阶段,采取单因素试验设计,各阶段分5个粗蛋白梯度。结果表明:随着日龄的增加,鲁西斗鸡平均日采食量(ADFI)呈线性增加(P〈0.05)、平均日增重(ADG)呈二次增加(P〈0.05),体重(BW)变化符合Logistic模型:适宜提高饲粮粗蛋白水平可以提高体重及平均日增重的变化曲线的位置,促进斗鸡的生长发育;0~24周,鲁西斗鸡ADFI、BW、ADG随周龄(t)变化的最佳拟合方程分别为:ADFI=4.92×t+6.03(R^2=0.9762,P〈0.05):BW=2587.90/(1+20.81×e0)(R0=0.9916);ADG=-0.04×t0+1.43×t+3.80(R0=0.9839,P〈0.05)。A single factor design was used to the effects of dietary crude protein level on growth of Luxi gamecock in order to formulate the growth model. A total of 600 one-day-old Luxi gamecock were randomly divided into five experimental treatments with six replicates of twenty birds each. Breeding stages were divided into four periods: 0-6, 7-12, 13-18 and 19-24 weeks. Each stage own five dietary crude protein levels. The results showed thataverage daily feed intake was linear increased (P〈0.05) and average daily gain was quadratic increased (P〈0.05) as the age of Luxi gamecock increased, meanwhile, body weight changed accord with Logistic model. Body weight and average daily gain curves raised as dietary crude protein levels increased in a certain level. From 0 to 24 weeks, the best fitting models of ADFI, BW and ADG with age were: ADFI=4.92×t+6.03(R2=0.976 2, P〈0.05); BW=2 587.90/(1 +20.81xe^-0.20a) (R2= 0.991 6, P〈0.01); ADG=- 0.04xt%1.43xt+3.80(R2=0.983 9, P〈0.05).
