摘  要:本试验旨在研究低蛋白日粮对肉仔鸡小肠黏膜形态和盲肠菌群的影响,间接评价营养物质在肠道内的消化吸收情况,为低蛋白日粮在肉仔鸡饲养中的应用提供理论依据。试验共设3个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10只,进行为期42 d的饲养试验,并在试验结束时进行屠宰取样。各处理组的日粮粗蛋白水平在对照组的基础上分别降低1.5和3个百分点。结果表明:当日粮粗蛋白水平降低3个百分点时,十二指肠和回肠的绒毛高度显著降低(P<0.05),十二指肠的绒毛宽度显著升高(P<0.05),十二指肠和空肠的隐窝深度显著增加(P<0.05),盲肠菌群无显著差异。而日粮粗蛋白水平降低1.5个百分点,相比于对照组,肉仔鸡的小肠黏膜形态和盲肠菌群均无显著差异。The present experiment was conducted to study the effect of low-protein diets on small intestinal mucosa morphology and cecal flora in broilers and evaluate indirectly digestion and absorption of nutrients in the intestine situation, to provide theoretical foundation for the application of low protein diets in broiler production. A total of 180 male Arbor Acre broilers were divided into three treatments with six replicates per treatment. The levels of crude protein in each treatment group were 21%, 19.5% and 18% in the former three weeks, respectively, and 19%, 17.5% and 16% in the post three weeks, respectively. The results showed that the villus height of duodenum and lleum decreased (P〈0.05) and the villus width of duodenum increased (P〈0.05) significantly compared with the control group when dietary crude protein levels reduced by 3 percentage points. The intestinal mucosal morphology and cecal flora counts had no change compared with the control group when dietary crude protein levels reduced by 1.5 percentage points.
