摘  要:[目的]明确吡唑酰胺类新化合物F12-1的生物活性及作用特性。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法、盆栽植株法、灌根法、点滴法等对新化合物F12-1的杀菌谱、保护活性、治疗活性、持效期及内吸传导性等方面进行研究。[结果]F12-1杀菌谱较窄,对黄瓜霜霉病既有保护活性又有治疗活性,其EC90值分别为2.91、4.37 mg/L,对黄瓜霜霉病的持效期大于10 d,无内吸传导性。[结论]F12-1对黄瓜霜霉病菌表现出良好的保护和治疗活性,且持效期相对较长。[Aims] This paper aims to study the bioactivities and characteristics of the new compound F12-1. [Methods] The fungicide inhibition of mycelial growth, potted plant method, pouring into the root and drop method were used to determine the bacteriocidal spectrum, protective efficacy, curativeefficacy, effective duration and systemicity of F12-1. [Results] The results showed that F12-1 has narrow fungal spectrum displaying high protective and curative activity against Pseudoperonospora cubensis with EC90 values of 2.91 and 4.37 mg/L, respectively. The duration against P. cubensis could last over 10 days and there is no systemic bioactivity. [Conclusions] The F12-1 showed good protective efficacy and curative efficacy against P. cubensis with long efficacy duration.
