摘  要:[目的]研究不同缓解剂对2甲4氯钠玉米药害的缓解效果。[方法]玉米喷施2甲4氯钠后,于2个时期分别喷施10种缓解剂,之后调查玉米的5项指标。[结果]2甲4氯钠(1 200 g a.i./hm2)可致玉米株高、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量分别较对照增加6.35%、129.38%、48.60%,2甲4氯钠(2 400 g a.i./hm2)可使玉米叶绿素含量、产量分别比对照减少27.01%、37.95%。定量喷施芸苔素内酯、氨基酸、磷酸二氢钾、宝叶、奈安、生根活力素、赤霉酸或萘乙酸均有助于玉米产量不同程度地增加,其中药害前期喷施奈安效果最好,较2甲4氯钠对照其产量提高了50.42%。[结论]药害前期喷施奈安可有效缓解2甲4氯钠对玉米生长发育的影响,最终可使玉米产量的损失大大降低。[Aims] The mitigation effects of different relief measures on the MCPA-Na phytotoxicity in maize were studied. [Methods] Ten antidotes were sprayed respectively in two periods after spraying MCPA-Na in corn, and surveyed five indicators of com after a certain time. [Results] Compared with CK, the plant height, the MDA content and the soluble sugar content increased by 6.35, 129.38 and 48.60% separately after spraying MCPA-Na (1200 g a.i./ha), the chlorophyll content and the yield reduced by 27.01 and 37.95% separately after spraying MCPA-Na (2400 g a.i./ha). Quantitative BR, AA, KH2PO,, NPK, PGAE, HA-K, GA~ or NAA was conducive to the addition of corn production in varying degrees respectively, the effect was the best after spraying PGAE at the early stage of phytotoxicity, compared with the MCPA- Na, the yield of PGAE increased by 50.42%. [Conclusions] Spraying PGAE at the early stage of phytotoxicity can effectively alleviate the effects of MCPA-Na on the growth and development of corn, and finally reduce the loss of corn production greatly.
