摘 要:[目的]明确新磷氮霉素A对几种病原菌的药效。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率及田间药效常规法测定该化合物在不同质量浓度下对病原菌的室内毒力及田间药效。[结果]新磷氮霉素A对百合灰霉病菌、烟草赤星病菌抑制效果较好,其次是尖孢镰刀菌,EC50值分别为28.91、64.92、512.16 mg/L,但烟草赤星病菌对新磷氮霉素A的敏感性较强;10%新磷氮霉素A 150 mg/L对百合灰霉病、烟草赤星病有较好的田间防治效果。[结论]为新磷氮霉素A防治几种病原菌的大田防治提供了剂量筛选依据。[Aims] The purpose of this study is to verify the efficacy Of the new phoslactomycin A to control several pathogens. [Methods] The toxicity test and field efficacy of the new phoslactomycin A at different concentrations against several different pathogens were tested by the mycelial growth rate in the lab. [Results] The new phoslactomycin A showed an improved and more effective control to the Botrytis elliptica and Altemaria alternata, followed by Fusarium oxysporum. The EC50 were 28.91, 64.92 and 512.16 mg/L respectively. However, A. altemata has a higher sensitivity to the new phoslactomycin A. 10% New phoslactomycin A at a concentration of 150 mg/L preformed well in controlling the B. e11iptica and A. alternata in the field. [Conclusions] These studies provided the basis for controlling B. elliptica, A. altemata and F. oxysporurn by using the new phoslactomycin A in the field.
