摘　　要：以整合理论和大数据理念为背景,提出个人知识组织的必要性;将整合理论和大数据理念运用于个人知识组织,提出个人知识组织的概念并阐述其内涵,论述个人知识组织的模式、特点、重点和步骤;从提高知识管理的成效、保障信息的安全性、促进知识创新团队的形成3个方面阐述个人知识组织的意义。归纳个人知识组织的长远目标在于提升组织的竞争优势,积极应对大数据时代的人才危机。Taking the theory of integration and the idea of big data as the background, this article points out the necessity of personal knowledge organization; applies the theory of integration and the idea of big data in the personal knowledge organization, gives the concept of personal knowledge organization and explains its meaning, discusses the mode, characteristics, focus and steps of personal knowledge organization; and expatiates on the significance of personal knowledge organization from the aspects of improving the effectiveness of knowledge management, guaranteeing information security, and promoting the formation of knowledge innovation teams. The article concludes that the long-term goal of personal knowledge organization is to enhance the organization＇ s competitive advantages, and cope with the talent crisis in the big data era actively.
